Job Description
Isomorphic Labs is seeking an experienced Research Leader / Senior Scientist to lead in vitro pharmacology within Translational Sciences for small molecule drug discovery. You will define screening cascades, optimize biophysical and cellular assays, and collaborate across AI/ML, medicinal chemistry, and structural biology teams.

You will guide CRO partners, mentor a talented team, and drive rapid, data-driven decisions to advance projects toward clinical candidates in a Hybrid work setting.
