With a strong pipeline of work across North Queensland, we're seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our high-performing project teams.
n
Current opportunities include:
n

Backhoe Operators
n
Bobcat Operators
n
Mini Excavator Operators (5 Tonne)
n
n
Working across urban development and civil infrastructure projects, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and teamwork.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently
n
Support civil construction and urban development project delivery
n
Complete works in line with project specifications and schedules
n
Maintain equipment and conduct pre-start inspections
n
Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors
n
Adhere to all safety, environmental and quality requirements
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for operators who have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' machine operating experience
n
Relevant machine operator tickets and licences




n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Construction White Card
n
Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
The ability to work effectively within a team setting
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
Previous experience on civil construction projects
n
Experience working on urban development and infrastructure projects
n
n
