Running your own section in a fast paced kitchen.

Controlling the prep & contributing to the ordering & stock take

Maintaining high levels of hygiene & food safety standards at all times

Contributing to the specials board & menu when required.

Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable restaurant

Proven experience leading junior team members
