HARLI + HARPA is seeking an experienced and motivated State Manager to lead our Victoria operations. As the State Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores across the region, ensuring they meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Lead and mentor Regional and Store Managers to deliver on sales, people, and operational goals
n
Analyse state-wide performance to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies
n
Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all stores
n
Liaise with the Support Centre to communicate updates, address challenges and implement best practices
n
Foster a positive, customer-first culture across the state
n
Support talent development, succession planning, and high-performing teams
n
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and retail regulations
n
Play a key role in new store openings and state growth opportunities
n
