The successful candidate will be responsible for:
n

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
n
Designing and executing menu items in line with style and quality expectations
n
Ensuring consistency,



portion control, and presentation across all dishes
n
Monitoring food quality, freshness, and stock levels
n
Maintaining kitchen operations in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
n
Working with and supporting other kitchen staff as required
n
Minimising waste and interest in assisting with ordering and inventory management
n
n
Applicants for this position should:
n
n
Have at least 1 year of relevant full-time experience as a Chef for CDP, in addition to formal qualifications
n
In some cases, 3-5 years of full-time employment experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
n
Have a strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
n
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
Demonstrate strong teamwork, time management, and organisational skills
