About the Role

Nurses UK is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care on temporary assignments. You will work alongside local healthcare teams, adapting to different care settings while maintaining patient safety, dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' needs and plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred nursing care.
n
Administer medication and treatments within your competence and in line with local policies.
n
Monitor patients' conditions, maintain accurate records and promptly escalates concerns.
n
Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Provide clear handovers to support continuity of care.
n
Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and confidentiality procedures.
n
Adapt to each placement's routines, systems and clinical requirements.
n
Work within your professional scope and seek support when needed.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration appropriate to the role.
n
Relevant clinical experience for the assignments undertaken.
n
Strong communication, organisational and clinical judgement skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliability, punctuality and flexibility.
n
Right to work in the UK and satisfactory completion of relevant recruitment checks, references and mandatory training.

Desirable Experience
n
n
Previous agency nursing experience.
n
Experience working across different healthcare settings.
n
Additional clinical skills or specialist qualifications relevant to the placement
n
Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate£***** - £*****per hour
n
EARN£1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
n
Versatile Working: flexible shifts, Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full or Part-time
