Job Description

Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Complaints (50%) and Deceased Estates (50%).
n
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
n




Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas.
n
Work closely with business and Agile delivery teams.
n
Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
n
Support UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
n
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
n
Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.
n
Experience in banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates is highly desirable.
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills required.
