Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated early years teacher looking for a rewarding short-term chance? Grantham State School is seeking a passionate teacher to join our team for Term 4, teaching a Prep/Year 1 composite class Monday - Thursday.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small school where strong relationships, collaboration and community are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be supported by an experienced team and collegial staff.




As the Prep/Year 1 teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
Have a strong knowledge of teaching reading.Create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment that supports every learner.
Use effective assessment practices to monitor and respond to student learning.
Build positive partnerships with students, families and the wider school community.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to whole-school improvement and student success.
