Chemical Compounder/Blender of Personal Care and Cosmetics

A fantastic opportunityexists for a new team member to join our growing multinational manufacturing company specialising in quality personal care & cosmetic products.
n
Located in Campbellfield, these positions are permanent full-time, only Monday to Friday and day shift only typically 8.30am - 5pm, as we value work life balance and family.
n
Key Duties include:
n
n
Batch processing and operating manufacturing vessels and equipment, following standard procedures and protocols to ensure accurate dispensing, mixing and blending processes according to batch formula and instructions
n
Maintain accurate records, including batch numbers, production activities, batch records and quality control data
n
Preparation, cleaning and maintaining equipment to GMP ISO standards
n
Handle, store, pick & pack, and perform stock-take of raw materials safely following protocols and chemical handling guidelines (including repetitive lifting up to 25kg)
n
Participate and contribute in meetings and training as we encourage and value team members feedback and ideas
n
n
Relevant experience below is an advantage however on the job training and upskilling is provided and encouraged:
n
n
Blending, processing and handling of chemical for personal care beauty products
n
Knowledge of batch processing equipment and procedures
n




Understanding Safe work practices and working in a protected manner at all times
n
Experience with machine operation, production work or cleaning
n
Familiarity with GMP (good manufacturing practices) and OH&S;
n
Mechanical aptitude
n
n
