About the Role
n
Our team provides person-centred supports to people living with disability, psychosocial disabilities, and complex support needs.
n
Supports may include:
n

Community access and social participation
n




Group activities and skill development
n
Mental health and psychosocial recovery support
n
Complex personal care
n
Medication assistance
n
Capacity building and independent living skills
n
Transport to appointments and community events
n
Domestic assistance
n
Advocacy and participant goal setting
n
Accurate documentation and professional communication
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
n
National Police Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Full Australian Driver's Licence
n
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
n
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health or equivalent (or currently studying)
