This role is permanent full-time, 76hrs/ fortnight .
n
The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Team Leader
n




This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday shifts between the hours of 6pm and 5am (Overnight)
n
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
n
As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.
n
Previous forklift driving experience and a valid forklift license (LF) will be highly regarded

About this work area
n
As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
n
n
Supporting operations at IKEA (Innaloo) by managing daily operations, including container receivals, unloads, internal site replenishment, and external replenishment for the store.
n
Managing daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team.
n
Ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies.
n
Leading recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high-performing, diverse team.
n
Maintaining a clean, organized,



and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct and local regulations.
n
Continuously improving daily operations to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
n
Promoting quality awareness, implementing local business plans/projects, and analysing workload to achieve operational excellence.
n
Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, while overseeing day-to-day managerial responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient fulfilment operations.
n

As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, you:
