Aura Longevity is a new doctor-led longevity and preventative health clinic in Charlestown, bringing together medical care, advanced health diagnostics, clinical nutrition and allied health within a modern, personalised health experience.
We are looking for a motivated and personable
Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator
to join our growing team.
This is a unique hybrid role combining hands-on digital marketing with patient experience and day-to-day clinic support. It would ideally suit someone currently in their third or fourth year of a marketing, communications or related degree, a recent graduate, or someone with relevant practical marketing experience.
The Role
The marketing component of the position will see you working closely with the Aura Longevity team to help build our brand, grow our digital presence and support our ongoing marketing strategy.
You will also be an important part of the patient experience, helping create a professional, welcoming and organised environment from the moment someone contacts or enters the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
Managing and updating content through WordPress
Supporting SEO and website optimisation
Assisting with Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram
Assisting with Google Ads campaigns
Using Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, campaign performance and user behaviour
Managing and scheduling social media content
Helping create photo,



video and written content for our digital platforms
Monitoring marketing performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement
Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly clinic experience
Managing phone, email and general patient enquiries
Assisting with bookings and patient administration
Supporting the day-to-day organisation and operation of the clinic
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, personable and genuinely interested in marketing and building a new brand.
Ideally, you will be studying marketing, communications or a related degree and be in your third or fourth year of study, or have recently completed your studies.
Previous practical experience in marketing or digital marketing is highly desirable.
This may have been gained through employment, internships, freelance work, university projects or working with a business or organisation.
We are particularly interested in applicants who can demonstrate hands-on experience with some of the following:
WordPress
SEO
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram advertising
Social media management




Canva or similar content creation platforms
Photo and video content creation
You don't need to be an expert in every area, but we are looking for someone who already has a good foundation in digital marketing and is keen to continue developing their practical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. You will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, so you need to be comfortable speaking with people, presenting professionally and helping create the level of service and experience we want Aura Longevity to be known for.
