What you will be doing
n

Prepare, cook, and serve dishes with flair and precision
n
Support the Head Chef and step up when required
n
Maintain HACCP standards and kitchen compliance
n
Keep equipment in top condition
n
Plan daily prep lists for efficient service
n
Ensure OH&S; compliance and safe practices
n
Mentor and induct new staff
n
Contribute to team meetings and uphold our Code of Conduct
n
n
Desired Skills
n
n
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, catering company or similar role.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
n
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.




n
Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
n
Proven experience working in large hotels or multi-function catering venues.
n
Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills,
n
n
Conditions of Employment

National Police Clearance.
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Annual flu (influenza) vaccine.
n
All COVID vaccinations to ensure the ability to work within aged care.

Valid driver's licence.
