About the Role
n
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Hand to support our operations at Bridgewater on Loddon.
n
This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring products are safely received, stored, picked, and dispatched to meet customer expectations.
n
You will work closely with a small, supportive team and play a direct role in maintaining product quality and site standards.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Accurately pick, check, and prepare customer orders
n
Load and unload trucks in line with safety and chain of responsibility requirements




n
Move finished goods between production and warehouse areas
n
Ensure products are labelled, stored, and recorded correctly
n
Conduct forklift operations and daily safety checks
n
Maintain clean, organised, and compliant warehouse areas
n
Assist with stock control, pallet management, and receivals
n
Support food safety (HACCP) and WHS standards at all times
n

Skills & Experience

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
n
Experience in a warehouse or production setting
n
Solid numeracy and record-keeping ability
n
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
n
HR/HC licence (desirable, not essential)
