Pay Rates
Apprentices:$25 – $30 per hour (depending on experience and year level)
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Currently completing an apprenticeship
Experience installingsplit system and ducted air conditioning systemshighly regarded
Experience withVRF/VRV systems and ventilation installshighly regarded
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work wellindependently and in a team
Current Driver's Licence(or working towards)
Construction White Card




Reliable smartphone for job management, reporting, and communication
Key Responsibilities
Install and commissionsplit system and ducted air conditioning systems
Complete HVAC installations withinstructured two-day project timeframes
Carry outrefrigerant pipework, ducting, and mechanical fit-off
Work alongside electrical and solar teams onintegrated electrification projects
Upgrade or installventilation systems and associated mechanical services
Ensure all installations meetsafety regulations, compliance standards, and manufacturer guidelines
Maintainhigh-quality workmanship and excellent customer experienceon every job
