The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Youth Services case manager to support young people facing homelessness through Oasis Transitional Accommodation and the Oasis drop-in centre in Sydney.
You will deliver holistic case management, work with partners to secure reliable housing, and promote tenancy readiness while applying trauma-informed care principles.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, adapt to out-of-hours needs, and maintain thorough records.
