Pacific National is seeking a Linehaul Supervisor for the Port Augusta Terminal in South Australia.
You will lead day-to-day Linehaul operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and customer-centric service delivery, reporting to the Superintendent.
You will coach train crews, drive DIFOT performance, manage risk, and participate in asset and labour planning.
This role demands strong leadership, decision-making and change-management capabilities within a safety-critical workplace.
