Job Description
Advance Medical Practice in Westmead, Sydney, NSW, seeks an endorsed Nurse Practitioner to work closely with GPs in flexible primary care.
The role focuses on chronic disease management with opportunities to advance in chronic care services.
You will independently manage patients within your scope, prescribe within your registration, conduct health checks and care planning, with in office GP support.
AHPRA endorsement and Medicare billing experience are required.
