We are seeking an experiencedHR Truck Driverfor a permanent position servicing Melbourne, Albury-Wodonga and the wider North East Victorian region.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable driver looking forconsistent hours, excellent earning potential and secure permanent employment.
This isn't a role where you simply sit behind the wheel.
You'll be dealing directly with customers, completing pickups and deliveries and getting out of the truck to assist with loading and unloading a variety of freight includingwinery products, steel and building materials, agricultural products and general goods.

The Roster
Monday, Wednesday & Friday – Melbourne Runs
Generally starting around4.00am, these are approximately 14-hour days involving deliveries and collections between North East Victoria and Melbourne.
Tuesday & Thursday – Local Runs
Generally starting around6.00am, with approximately 10-hour days completing deliveries throughout areas including Albury, Wodonga, Beechworth, Wangaratta and surrounding regions.
Saturday work is also available
generally from approximately6.00am–***** noon, with applicable overtime/penalty arrangements.

What We're Looking For
You will need:
Current HR Driver Licence
Heavy vehicle driving experience
Good driving record
Strong safety awareness
Ability and willingness to load and unload freight
Good physical fitness – you must be happy to get out of the truck and move stock
Reliability and punctuality
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage early morning starts
AForklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential.
Previous experience with multi-drop deliveries, steel, building materials, agricultural products or similar freight would also be advantageous.
