OCC is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our fleet and depot operations in North Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven coordinator who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running safely, efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our growing Traffic Management business.

THE ROLE
n

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet
n
Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and compliance requirements.
n
Monitor fleet utilisation and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
n
Schedule preventative maintenance and ensure vehicle downtime is minimised.
n
Liaise with drivers, management, suppliers.
n
Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting, and documentation.
n
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standardsand legislative requirements.
n
Prepare regular fleet performance and cost reports.
n
Ensure the depot remains tidy, safeand well-maintained at all times.
n
Coordinate the setup, fit outand operational readiness of traffic management pod trucks and utes.

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Previous experience in a Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Administrator, Traffic Management or similar operational support role.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
n
Current Australian Driver Licence.
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience using Traffio or similar fleet management systems.
n
Previous experience in the traffic management, civil construction or infrastructure sectors.
n
HR Licence
