to recruit an experienced
Relationship Manager
for a key role within their Agribusiness division, based in Orange and surrounding areas. This is an excellent chance for a banking professional who is looking to manage and grow a diverse portfolio in some of the most active agricultural regions.
As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and expansion of a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients. Key responsibilities include:
Building strong, trust-based relationships with farming and regional business clients
Identifying new lending and deposit opportunities across the portfolio
Structuring tailored financial solutions aligned to client needs and regional market conditions




Managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with banking policies
Partnering with credit, product, and business support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Successful candidates will hold a tertiary degree in a relevant field whilst having experience in commercial or agribusiness banking. You'll be confident working independently, capable of delivering tailored financial advice, and passionate about supporting regional business success. A background in finance, agriculture, or business will be highly regarded.
