NONDA is looking for a motivated and hands-on
Restaurant Supervisor
to join our team at Gasworks Plaza, Newstead.
As a modern Japanese restaurant, we're focused on great food, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences in a relaxed and vibrant environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with our management team, lead the FOH team during service and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, support the team during service and help maintain high standards of service and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant
Lead, motivate and support the FOH team during service
Assist with team training and development
Manage reservations,



walk-ins and special requests
Monitor service flow, table management and guest needs
Help ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Waitstaff
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
