We are seeking 5 enthusiastic and polished Casual Sales Associates to support the launch of our exclusive Pop-Up Store. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Retail Casuals or those passionate about luxury retail who are looking to gain further experience with a globally recognised fashion house.

The Opportunity

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will support our Chadstone Pop Up Store by:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable brand experiences
n
Supporting sales targets through product knowledge and client engagement
n




Using CRM and POS systems to support an elevated customer journey
n
n
Availability
n
You must be available from 8th - 27th October (training plus Pop Up). Additional seasonal casual shifts across our three Melbourne stores may be offered after the project.

About You
n
You are enthusiastic, reliable and confident in a client facing environment. You bring:

Solid face to face communication skills
n
A warm and engaging approach with customers
n
A proven ability to meet performance expectations
n
Experience with CRM and POS systems
n
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
n
A proactive, organised and results driven mindset
n
Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience required for this casual position
