The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fire protection projects from commencement through to handover.
You will manage client relationships, commercial outcomes, project programming, subcontractors and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Data Centres
Commercial Buildings
Industrial Facilities
High-Rise Developments
Critical Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of Wet Fire and Dry Fire projects
Lead project planning and execution activities
Control project budgets, forecasting and profitability
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal resources
Develop and maintain project programmes
Build strong relationships with clients, builders and consultants
Lead project meetings and stakeholder engagement




Monitor safety, quality and compliance requirements
Manage project risks, variations and contractual obligations
Ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Fire Protection industry
Strong understanding of both Wet Fire and Dry Fire systems
Experience delivering commercial construction projects
Data Centre project experience highly regarded
Strong financial and commercial management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
Ideal Background
Candidates may currently be working with:
Fire Protection Contractors
Wet Fire Contractors
Dry Fire Contractors
Data Centre Fire Specialists
Commercial Building Services Contractors
Experience with organisations such as Wormald, Chubb, CFP, Accurate Fire, ARA Fire, FCF Fire & Electrical, Premier Fire or similar businesses would be highly regarded.
