Australian International Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Stage 6 Chemistry Teacher to join our Secondary Teaching team at our North Kellyville Campus.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Chemistry educator who understands the demands of Stage 6 and the HSC and is committed to supporting students to achieve robust academic outcomes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous Chemistry lessons, with a strong focus on HSC preparation, examination technique, syllabus mastery and student achievement.
n
You will work within a collaborative department that values high-quality teaching, shared practice and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Demonstrated experience teaching Stage 6 Chemistry
n
HSC Chemistry marking experience – essential
n
Current NESA accreditation
n
Current NSW Working with Children Check
n




Strong knowledge of the NSW Stage 6 Chemistry syllabus and HSC assessment requirements
n
A proven ability to prepare students for HSC examinations and improve academic outcomes
n
The ability to analyse student performance data and implement targeted intervention strategies
n
Strong classroom management and communication skills
n
A commitment to differentiated teaching and supporting students of varying abilities
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider school community
n
Commitment to supporting and respecting the Islamic ethos and values of Australian International Academy
