About the Role
n
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment team by adapting to a 360 role as well as fostering and maintaining great relationships between both candidates and clients to further enhance our company reputation and standards.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Manage a warm desk as the first point of contact for clients across manufacturing, warehousing, transport & logistics — no cold sales required.
n




Support our Recruitment Resourcers with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate screening, shortlisting and interviewing.
n
Match candidates to suitable roles using your strong understanding of job requirements and client needs.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, including face-to-face meetings and regular site visits.
n
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while responding quickly to client requirements.
n
Maintain strong KPI, compliance and data management standards.
n
Work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities and strategies to strengthen and grow our existing client base.

About You
n
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous recruitment consultant experience
n
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
n
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Is organised, proactive and motivated to succeed
n
Wants to continue developing their recruitment career

Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
