Job Description
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a part‐time Disability Support Practitioner to work across group homes in North Shore and surrounding areas. You will provide person‐centred care, assist with daily living tasks, and support client independence across mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts.

The role offers ***** hours per week with a 24/7 operation, comprehensive training, and well‐being perks. A current NSW driver's licence is required.
