As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the venue, a hands-on management position suited to someone with strong leadership skills, solid industry experience and a good understanding of all aspects of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

Managing and leading hospitality staff
n
Bar and restaurant operations
n
Gaming operations including Pokies, Keno and TAB
n
Ensuring responsible service and compliance requirements are met
n
Rostering and staff management
n
Stock control and ordering
n
Maintaining venue presentation and standards
n
Working with the team to deliver a high level of customer service
n
Assisting across the venue when required
n

About you
n
n




Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel, pub or licensed venue
n
Current RMLV, RSA and RSG – essential
n
Proven experience with Pokies, Keno and TAB – essential
n
Strong leadership and people-management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Valuable understanding of licensed venue operations
n
Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
n
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
n
Reliable, skilled and well organised
