About the Opportunity

A leading global technology consultancy is seeking an experienced UX
Designer/Consultant
for a focused digital design engagement in Sydney. You will review an existing web solution, facilitate collaborative design sessions and update designs in Figma to support development enhancements.
n
This opportunity is ideal for a capable UX professional who can quickly understand an established design system and translate stakeholder needs into clear, accessible and development-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct a comprehensive UX review of the existing solution against the client's design system.
n
Facilitate UX design sessions with the client and key stakeholders.
n
Update and refine designs using Figma.
n
Produce design outputs that enable developers to enhance the existing build.
n
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Essential Skills and Experience
n

Strong proficiency with Figma.
n
Demonstrated experience creating:n
n
User flows
n
Wireframes
n
Mock-ups
n
Interactive prototypes
n
n
Strong understanding of:n
n
Information architecture
n
Interaction design
n
Responsive design
n
Design systems
n
WCAG accessibility standards
n
n
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and modern web technologies.
n
n
Desirable Experience
n
n
Experience designing React-based web applications.
n
Experience collaborating with developers to implement reusable UI components.
n
Previous experience working within an established design system.
n
