Facility Manager – Residential Aged Care

We are seeking an accomplished Facility Manager to lead a residential aged care service in Molong, NSW. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations and creating an environment where residents receive consistently high-quality care.
You will have responsibility for the overall performance of the facility, bringing together people leadership, clinical governance, compliance, operations and financial management.
More importantly, you will have the opportunity to lead from the front and shape a positive, accountable and resident-focused culture.

The opportunity
As Facility Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the residential aged care service and ensure residents receive safe, respectful and high-quality care.
Working with internal stakeholders and your leadership team, you will:




Lead the overall operation and performance of the facility
Build an engaged, capable and accountable workforce
Maintain robust standards across clinical care and resident experience
Oversee workforce planning and ensure appropriate staffing
Manage WHS, infection control, risk and regulatory compliance
Monitor financial performance against agreed budgets
Develop your team through coaching, performance management and career development
Build positive relationships with residents, families and the wider community
About you
We are looking for an experienced leader who can balance
people, care, compliance and commercial responsibility
.
You will bring:
Current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within residential aged care
Sound knowledge of aged care compliance and clinical governance
Experience managing budgets and operational performance
The ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Above all, you will be a leader who understands that a successful aged care facility is built around its people — the residents who call it home and the team responsible for their care.
