Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Level 3 Occupational Therapist for the Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) program in Newcastle.
The role focuses on home-based, goal-directed care for clients recently discharged from hospital.
You will work with physiotherapists, social workers and other MDT members to deliver client-centred rehabilitation, with orientation and supervision provided to support evidence-based practice.
