We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services within the Support at Home Program across metropolitan Adelaide. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, meaningful client relationships, and community-based practice — supporting older Australians to remain mobile, independent, and safe within their own homes. This is an Adelaide Metropolitan Based Position on a Full Time Basis.

About the Role

You will work with older adults across a broad range of:
n

Mobility and balance concerns
n
Falls prevention
n
Strength and conditioning
n
Functional rehabilitation
n
Pain management
n
Exercise prescription
n
Mobility aid recommendations
n
n
While you will work independently within the community, you will remain closely connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team through regular office-based catch-ups, collaboration, and team support.

Your Responsibilities
n

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions
n
Develop person-centred, goal-focused treatment plans
n
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within community settings
n
Support mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
n
Provide falls prevention and pain management strategies
n




Prescribe mobility aids and exercise programs
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
n
Collaborate with families, carers, and healthcare professionals
n

You are a Physiotherapist who:
n

Enjoys working independently within community settings
n
Has strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
n
Is adaptable, organised, and confident managing varied caseloads

Essential Requirements
n
n
Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience preferred
n
Current SA driver's licence
n
National Police Clearance
n
Current First A & CPR certification
n
Annual influenza vaccination
n
n
