Job Description
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, staying organised and taking responsibility for keeping stock movements running smoothly. You will manage the day-to-day movement, storage and dispatch of palletised stock through the coolroom and warehouse facility. This is an ongoing casual role with work concentrated into approximately 8-10 business days at the beginning of each month. Typical working hours are between 7:00am and 5:00pm, with finishing times varying depending on truck movements and workload.

Key responsibilities

Unloading incoming trucks and semi-trailers
n
Moving incoming pallets into coolroom storage
n
Documenting pallets with arrival date and time
n
Recording incoming stock accurately in an Excel stock register
n
Moving pallets from the coolroom into warehouse storage after approximately 24 hours
n




Organising warehouse stock in a logical and orderly manner
n
Reviewing upcoming outgoing orders
n
Preparing stock for following-day collections
n
Loading outgoing trucks and semi-trailers
n
Recording outgoing stock accurately
n

About you
n

Experience loading and unloading trucks or semi-trailers
n
Strong reliability and punctuality
n
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
Basic computer skills and confidence entering information into Excel
n
The ability to keep accurate stock records
n
A practical approach to warehouse organisation and stock rotation
n
