Job Description
The Gardener plays a key role in maintaining the presentation of outdoor spaces for residential and strata properties across the inner south eastern suburbs. This hands-on role suits someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in keeping outdoor areas clean, attractive, and well-kept.

Key responsibilities
n
Working within a team of two required to mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain garden areas using appropriate tools and equipment
n
Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges for safety and appearance
n
Weed, mulch, fertilize, and maintain garden beds and landscaped areas
n
Operate and maintain power tools, garden tools and machinery safely and efficiently
n
Report hazards, damage, or safety concerns to Operations Manager
n
Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
n
Maintain respectful, professional conduct while working in public environments
n




Once established a successful candidate will be provided with a vehicle to start from home
n
About you
n
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping is desirable
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
n
Able to work independently and follow direction
n
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
n
Respectful and courteous behaviour around residents, and the public
n
Familiarity with protected handling of garden equipment, and chemicals
n
Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple sites
n
Current valid Driver's Licence (required) and must be able to drive a manual transmission
n
Working with Children Check preferred, can be gained after appointment
