Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate counterbalance forklifts to safely move heavy steel products including beams, plates, coils, and pipes
n
Load and unload flatbed trucks, shipping containers, and delivery vehicles with metal cargo
n
Rotate and organise stock across manufacturing floors, outdoor yards, and storage areas
n
Maintain proper load balancing for unstable or irregularly shaped metal items
n
Support production teams by moving materials to and from workstations
n
Follow strict safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard‐free work setting
n

Requirements
n
n
Current forklift licence and proven experience operating forklifts
n
Ability to handle long steel products safely and efficiently
n
Must pass drug and alcohol clearance prior to commencement
n
Previous experience in manufacturing or similar environment
n




Ability to work across rotating shifts
n
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
