This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior investors in a highly entrepreneurial environment, focusing on expansion-stage and pre-IPO technology companies globally. The fund has an established track record investing in high-growth private businesses and is expanding its international investment mandate to access some of the world's most sought-after private technology companies before they reach public markets. We are seeking candidates that are familiar with this landscape and are wanting to utilise that connectivity to make great investments.

The role offers broad exposure across the entire investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, transaction execution, portfolio management and exit preparation. A particular focus will be identifying and evaluating opportunities in US and global private markets, including secondary transactions and other private market access structures.

You will be responsible for researching investment opportunities,



preparing investment committee materials and developing relationships with private market platforms, venture capital firms, intermediaries, and founders. Working as part of a small, high-performing team, you will have significant autonomy and direct exposure to investment decision-making from day one.

We are interested in candidates with 8 years + experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity or venture capital. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in technology and innovation. Experience covering software, technology,
telecommunications,
media or growth businesses will be highly regarded.
