Casual Cellar Door Host
to join our friendly, energetic team in Pokolbin. This is a
casual role
, with hours that vary depending on how busy we are.
Weekend availability is essential

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming guests to our cellar door and setting the tone for a great visit
Hosting wine tastings and chatting to customers about our wines
Helping guests find the perfect bottle (or two) to take home
Delivering warm, genuine customer service — wine knowledge is a bonus, but we're happy to teach the right person
Assisting with general cellar door operations, including stock, POS, and cash handling
Helping create a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every visitor
(You must be at least 18 years of age due to alcohol service and cash handling.)
What We're Looking For




Australian work rights and a valid RSA
At least
6 months of customer service experience
(hospitality or wine experience is a plus, but not essential)
Confident, friendly communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
A genuine interest in wine (or a strong willingness to learn)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including
weekends and public holidays
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
