We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to join our team at Richmond RAAF Base .
This is an excellent chance for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high culinary standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences in a structured environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and support kitchen team members during daily operations • Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions • Oversee food preparation, presentation and portion control standards • Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance • Assist with menu implementation and daily food production planning • Support stock control, ordering and inventory management • Train, coach and develop team members • Ensure a positive and productive kitchen culture SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery • Strong people management and leadership experience,
