We are currently seeking applications and expressions ofinterest from experienced Drill or Diesel Fitters for Full-Time 7/7 DIDO position at our South Walker Creek Project in the BowenBasin (Coppabella/Nebo region).
n
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
n
n
Perform scheduled drill servicing across our REICHDrill rigs
n
Prioritising workloads or unscheduled repairs when required
n
Supervising and/or coaching the activities of Trainee Fitters
n
Maintaining and servicing light vehicles, support trucks and trailers
n
Fulfilling all safety requirements and maintenance reporting needs.
n
n
ESSENTIAL Skills and requirements include:
n
n
Hand Tools
n
Driver Licence (HR advantageous)
n
High level of diagnostic skills and field service faultfinding is highly regarded
n
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
n
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
n
n
DESIRABLE skills include:




n
n
Drill Maintenance ability
n
Previous Drill experience, but not mandatory
n
Previous Mining experience, but not mandatory
n
Heavy machinery maintenance experience
n
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
n
Ability to work as part of a small team
n
Excellent communication skills and safety awareness
n

If you don't have any experience working on a mine site or drill rigs but have Heavy Diesel or Mechanical maintenance experience, we would still like to hear from you as we have training pathways inplace to upskill personnel.
