Key Requirements: Experience or Qualification (Either of the following): Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a spa therapist; OR Holder of a Diploma of Remedial Massage .
Skills Mindset: Highly motivated and eager to learn our retreat's unique techniques, including facials, hot stone massage, and sound healing.
A genuine passion for healing and caring for people.
Teamwork Flexibility: As an integral part of our holistic retreat team, you must be willing to support various day-to-day retreat operations as needed (e.g., customer care, cleaning, kitchen assistance, etc.).
Preferred: Experience or background in yoga and/or meditation.
Employment Conditions: Employment Type: Casual Pay Rate: From $37-$42 per hour (commensurate with experience and skills).
Working Hours: 20+ hours per week.
