IT Telecomms Help Desk / Support Sydney Permanent / Full Time Permanent Role Sydney based We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator to provide IT support across head office and construction project sites.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a varied role covering end-user support, site deployments, hardware, networking and general IT infrastructure .
Travel to project sites is required, so you will need a valid driver's licence and access to a car .
The Role Provide hands-on IT support across office and project sites Set up and deploy IT environments for new construction sites Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers and network equipment Manage, deploy and track IT hardware and assets Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues Support networking and general IT infrastructure Manage incidents and service requests Support Windows,



Microsoft Office and business applications Maintain IT documentation and procedures About You 3+ years' experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems administration Hands-on experience with IT site deployments Strong experience managing and troubleshooting IT hardware Good knowledge of Microsoft/Windows environments Networking and telecommunications exposure Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required Valid driver's licence and access to a car White Card , or ability to obtain one Experience within construction, engineering or a multi-site setting would be highly regarded.
