This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a high performing, well-resourced property team where support, culture and work-life balance are genuinely prioritised.
Managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 commercial properties across industrial, retail and office assets, you'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio end-to-end, backed by three Property Management Assistants, dedicated leasing support and ongoing mentoring from an experienced Head of Department.
The Opportunity You'll take ownership of a well-supported commercial portfolio of approximately 100 properties, managing the full property management lifecycle and building strong relationships with owners and tenants.
Importantly, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.
Three PMAs provide extensive administrative support across work orders, invoice entry, inspection reports, rental arrears and database management, while the Sales Leasing team assists with re-letting and leasing.
You'll also receive ongoing guidance and mentoring from the Head of Department, making this an excellent prospect for an established Commercial Property Manager or someone looking to take the next step in their commercial property career.

You're organised, commercially minded and confident communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
