About the Opportunity We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team at Zeder Headquarters in Archerfield .
This is a development position designed to give you structured, practical experience across transactional accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting.
As your capability grows, there is chance to take on greater ownership across entity accounting, year-end and audit activities.
In this role, you'll: Assist with month-end accounting, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations and rebate processing.
Support the preparation of weekly and monthly financial and management reporting.
Assist with revenue reporting, dashboards and reporting data.
Administer and reconcile group corporate card transactions Help prepare monthly management reporting packs.
Support year-end close and the annual external audit.
Gain exposure to BAS preparation and intercompany accounting.
Look for opportunities to simplify and improve recurring finance processes.
Continue developing your accounting knowledge through practical experience, training and professional study.




Following a successful first six months, scope may expand to include payroll backup cover.
Maintain the asset register, including motor vehicles, laptops and phones.
Assist with monthly accounting for franchises.
About You You could be a perfect fit if you: Have completed, or are in the final stages of, a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance .
Have a sound understanding of double-entry accounting and the month-end close cycle.
Are confident using Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
Have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers and data.
Are organised, methodical and comfortable working to regular reporting deadlines.
Communicate clearly and aren't afraid to ask questions while you're learning.
Are willing to commence CPA or CA studies as you develop your career.
Have previous vacation work, internship or part-time finance/accounting experience – highly regarded, but not essential.
Have exposure to ERP or reporting systems such as NetSuite, Phocas or similar – also highly regarded.
