Payroll Project Specialist Roster: 3-month casual duration with potential for extension | Working Monday to Friday in office, 38-hour week Location: Milton, QLD Duties Responsibilities Contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace for all employees Maintain a high customer service focus with both internal and external stakeholders Support the rollout, and testing of recent payroll software Assist in data migration, validation, and go-live activities Provide support on payroll project delivery Identify inefficiencies, document standard operating procedures, and standardise workflows across Payroll platform Ensure compliance industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation Continually review and recommend processes automations to increase efficiencies Be the change champion Skills Experience Proven experience in a large multi-site and multi agreement payroll environment Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various levels within the organisation Strong understanding of payroll operations, legislation, compliance and governance.
Experience across HRIS/payroll systems analysis,



business process improvement and project delivery.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities within a complex operational environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
