As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role in managing inventory, procurement, supplier performance and logistics across our operation.
This position is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional who can quickly establish themselves within the business and deliver immediate value through strong planning, operational execution and continuous improvement.
The Role: You will manage and optimise end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory planning, logistics coordination and supplier performance.
Working closely with our Planning, Operations, Production, and Procurement teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock availability, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels and replenishment planning to ensure optimal stock availability while minimising excess inventory.
Execute procurement activities including supplier forecasting, purchase order management and supplier performance monitoring.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational and customer requirements.
Analyse inventory, purchasing and supply chain data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers to drive service, quality and delivery performance.
Collaborate with production and planning teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions, stock shortages and delivery issues.
Maintain ERP/MRP system integrity and support ongoing process improvements across the supply chain function.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving inventory accuracy, supplier performance and operational efficiency.

About You: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain, procurement, planning or inventory management role within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience managing inventory, procurement and supplier relationships.
Experience coordinating logistics and freight activities across a production or distribution environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to analyse supply chain data and translate insights into operational improvements.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple supply chain activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management capability.
Qualifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Business would be highly regarded.
