Job Description About the role The Client is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Android mobile-device management and endpoint security.
The successful candidate will help design, configure and support a secure, modern endpoint-management platform.
This role requires substantial experience administering enterprise Intune and Entra ID environments and resolving complex identity, device-management and endpoint-security issues.
Key responsibilities Design, configure and manage a fleet of Android mobile devices through Microsoft Intune.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, identity protection, authentication methods, group management, device identity, RBAC and application integrations.
Manage Intune device enrolment, application deployment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and endpoint-security controls.
Configure and maintain mobile application protection policies and security baselines.
Support Azure services underpinning Intune, Entra ID and secure endpoint connectivity.
Manage proxy services and managed endpoint internet-access solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving Intune, Entra ID, endpoint security and Android devices.
Support Windows and Linux operating environments where required.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures and support materials.
Work collaboratively with Client personnel, multidisciplinary technical teams and business stakeholders.
Operate in accordance with Client security, governance and change-management requirements.




Essential experience Minimum five years' experience in a similar EUC, endpoint-management or up-to-date-workplace engineering role.
Extensive hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience.
Strong experience managing Android devices through enterprise MDM.
Demonstrated experience with: Device enrolment and provisioning Device compliance policies Application deployment Mobile Device Management Mobile Application Management Application protection policies Device configuration profiles Security baselines Endpoint security and policy management Solid Microsoft Entra ID administration experience, including: Conditional Access Identity protection Authentication methods Device registration and identity Group management Role-based access control Enterprise application integration Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
