The Role: We are seeking an experienced Pastrycook to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastry-making, highly detail-oriented, and full of innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and produce high-quality cakes, pastries, and desserts, maintaining the brand's standards of excellence.
Develop and implement creative ideas for new pastry items and seasonal menus.
Ensure precision in portioning, mixing, and baking to achieve consistent quality.
Decorate and present desserts with attention to detail and creativity.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.




Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and special event demands.
Requirements: Proven experience as a pastrycook, with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality desserts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.
What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation.
