Consolidated Minerals (ConsMin) is seeking a Senior Advisor – People Culture to join our People Culture team at our Woodie Woodie manganese operation.

This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same.
You'll balance strategic projects with hands-on operational support while building trusted relationships across the business.

You'll bring: Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Experience in a generalist HR role at a senior level Strong employee relations knowledge Demonstrated experience managing investigations, performance management and complex workplace matters Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail A proactive, practical solutions-focused approach with the confidence to influence outcomes Why This Role?
