Position Description: We are looking for a Cook to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidates will be passionate and experiencedand have a strong background in the field with a commitment to quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across the following tasks: 1 x Cook (Full-time): Washing, peeling, cutting,



and seeding fruits vegetables to prepare them for consumption; Carving and trimming foods to ready them for different dishes; Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes personal judgment; Regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; Seasoning and cooking foods according to recipes personal judgment; Turning stirring foods to ensure even cooking; Observing and testing foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently; Portioning, arranging, and garnishing dishes, and passing them to wait-staff for service; Estimating food requirements and storing foods in temperature controlled facilities; Minimising food wastage and maintaining excellent hygiene standards; Assisting in training other kitchen staff where required.
Requirements: Certificate III or IV or relevant qualification in related fields Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge in Indian cuisine
