This is an ongoing full-time position within the Student Support Services, Inner East Team, based in the Glen Waverley Regional Office.

The department provides policy leadership, plans for the future of education in Victoria and leads key cross-sector collaboration.
The department plays an significant system steward role by providing support, guidance, oversight and assurance across early childhood and school education systems, as well as directly providing school education and 50 new early learning centres.
About the role
As an AH 3 Social Worker you will also be required to manage a varied caseload, undertake the health and wellbeing key contact function, respond to incidents within schools and contribute to capability building within schools.

Required:



A graduate or post-graduate qualification in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), as well as a current Australian Drivers' Licence and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
